Reporting to the Systems Administrator, you will provide support for services pertaining to infrastructure (storage, operating systems, and enterprise systems), including, but not limited to technical direction and guidance.

What you will do:

  • Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications, including application servers, associated hardware, endpoints, and databases
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather systems statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms
  • Support information security incidents, controls, processes, and associated tools
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to identify, manage, and resolve security threats
  • Analyze and interpret technical logs and data to identify incident root cause
  • Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
  • Manage the set-up and configuration of systems
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms

It also helps if you are:

  • Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP system, including analysis, deployment, configuration, system administration, conversion, installation, training, and support
  • Understand business and IT processes to identify security requirements
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365, Office Suite and Adobe
  • Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements

Your education and experience include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
  • 3 – 5 years experience with IT Service Delivery, Microsoft Server Operating Systems, and Enterprise class storage systems
  • Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
