Brian Yong

Senior Manager, Shareholder Accounting

Brian came to the Targeted Strategies Group (TTSG) in the winter of 2022 as a Senior Manager of Shareholder Accounting. He has an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree and is a CMA, CPA.

The most important skills Brian brings to his job are his attitude of no-job-too-small, and the way he doesn’t shy away from putting in the time that is needed to do things right. He says on his wish list for the next 10 years with TTSG are always being able to learn new things in whatever role he has, and working in a collaborative, sharing environment.

Brian has been the Chief of Logistics and course manager for the Toronto Marathon and the Santa Claus parade Holly Jolly 5k since 2012, trying to ensure runners have memorable events. In his free time, he enjoys cooking. He likes to learn new recipes and develop new cooking and baking skills. To relax, Brian will ride his electric unicycle. He believes it’s important to try to reduce his carbon impact.
