Senior Training Coordinator

Julie has held several roles since joining The Targeted Strategies Group (TTSG) in 2006. Previously Julie was an account manager, and she has also been part of the service team. Most recently she has taken on the role of training co-ordinator. “I have had a few different jobs with TTSG which has helped me to gain knowledge of what and how different departments do things. That and the length of time I have worked here have helped me grow into the training co-ordinator role.”

As part of this new position Julie designs training programs and material, orients new employees to the company and trains them.
“We have an amazing staff of dedicated individuals who are hard-working, that care about their jobs and their clients, have a wide range of knowledge and experience, are experts in their fields, and are very intelligent,” said Julie.

Julie has a B.Comm., and work experience from the University of Saskatchewan and the banking industry. Her background allows her to bring a wide range of skills to her role. “I can put myself in others’ shoes which helps me to explain things to my clients and train staff in language that they can understand.”
Julie enjoys golfing, camping, and spending time with family and friends when she’s not working.
