Senior Actuarial Analyst

Luis joined the Targeted Strategies Group (TTSG) in January of 2022 as a Senior Actuarial Analyst. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and an Associate of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (ACIA).
In his role as Senior Actuarial Analyst, Luis uses actuarial and financial models to project cash flow and account value performance of various life insurance structures. He utilizes the latest information from insurance providers and market conditions to optimize products offered to clients and to provide an integrative solution that serves the client long-term.

Luis is driven by reliability, accountability, and collaboration. He believes most, if not all, big goals are achieved through a team effort, particularly in professional environments. When he’s not working, Luis enjoys playing volleyball and basketball, working out, reading, and working on his car. As well, Luis’s love for mathematics and statistics led him to develop statistical models to predict the outcomes of NBA, NFL, and English Premier League games.
