Mike Campbell

In his role as General Counsel for The Targeted Strategies Group, Mike is Head of the Legal Department where he provides strategic business and legal advice to management and ensures adherence to laws and regulations within the insurance industry.

Mike’s last role was VP Legal and General Counsel at Hamilton Health Sciences, where he practiced corporate/commercial and health law at Ontario’s second largest hospital system, including McMaster Children’s Hospital, focused on continuous improvement of governance, patient experience, enterprise and clinical risk management, physician relations, privacy and commercial matters, while managing a team of legal and privacy professionals. Throughout his career of over two decades, Mike was previously a securities law Partner at a leading national law firm and has served as General Counsel of Canada’s largest private dedicated fleet transportation and logistics provider.

Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree from McGill University, a Law Degree from Queen’s University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1998.
