Account Service Representative

Nathaniel joined the Targeted Strategies Group (TTSG) as an Account Service Representative in November of 2021. He comes to TTSG with an MBA in Management and Accounting along with 12 years of banking experience in Nigeria. Nathaniel says both his banking experience and 10 months of customer service experience in Canada were client focused and gave him the ability to adapt to changes.

The values that drive Nathaniel at work are integrity and accountability. Outside of work, he is driven by compassion, empathy, and honesty. He finds the work ethic and culture to be the most inspiring things about working at TTSG, and finds the fast pace the most challenging. In 10 years at TTSG he hopes to be a Senior Account Manager. Nathaniel says the best skills he brings to his job are his ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team. He says success is making progressive changes in life. When Nathaniel is not at work, he spends time playing soccer, listening to music, and dancing. He says soccer is his favourite sport because it unites the world.
