Underwriting Administrator

As Underwriting Administrator, Neerja is responsible for supporting the underwriting process within The Targeted Strategies Group. She is responsible for preparing applications, delivering packages and ensuring compliance by organizing and updating our systems. She works closely with the Operations team colleagues to provide excellent service to our clients. With her educational background consisting of a B.Ed. and B.Sc. obtained from Panjab University in India, complemented by a track record of over 7 years working with diverse client bases and consistently delivering exceptional outcomes, Neerja's qualifications and expertise enable her to excel in organizational abilities and adhere to procedures and protocols when carrying out her responsibilities. Additionally, driven by a passion for innovation, she continuously endeavors to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Outside of work, Neerja enjoys painting, playing with her dog, and being by a beach or just outdoors in general – sometimes playing volleyball. She has also volunteered at a city-based animal rescue and with The Cliff Wright Library in Saskatoon.
