Account Service Representative

Nik is an Account Services Representative (ASR) at The Targeted Strategies Group (TTSG), specializing in providing comprehensive accounting, administrative, and operational support for the implementation and servicing of new and existing life insurance policies. With a background in finance and experience in customer service and relationship management, he brings a valuable skill set to his role.

Prior to joining TTSG, Nik held Sales Representative positions, where he successfully generated leads, managed client relationships, and oversaw accounts. He also gained valuable experience working at a unique, high quality marketplace assisting customers with specialty wine and spirit selection and managing cash operations. Nik is a detail-oriented team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance from the University of Saskatchewan Edwards School of Business, he demonstrates his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Nik embodies the values of integrity, passion, and excellence, driving him to excel in his work and contribute to a positive team environment.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing sports, coaching soccer, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. He is also actively engaged in volunteering, coaching youth soccer as a way to give back to the community and inspire young athletes. Nik’s dedication, expertise, and passion make him an invaluable asset to the TTSG team.
