Mike Kuzma joined TTSG in 2023 as a Client Solutions Manager where he plays a pivotal role in client retention and growth by delivering exceptional service, resolving client issues, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating closely with clients and their advisors. His extensive experience and rational approach have established him as a trusted advisor, actively contributing to business development efforts and driving the company's success. Additionally, Mike co-leads a high-caliber Operations team, developing tailored insurance solutions for business owners and their families, with a focus on succession and estate planning.

Mike Kuzma came to TTSG as an established tax professional with over a decade of experience at Ernst & Young LLP, where he developed his expertise in Canadian and U.S. tax principles, tax treaties, and tax administrative procedures. During his tenure at EY, Mike led engagement teams on hundreds of successful tax projects, specializing in cross-border tax integration and compliance for high-net-worth clients. His leadership in process improvement, technical training, and client service was instrumental in growing the cross-border tax practice and enhancing the firm's service quality.

Mike is an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) as of 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Management from Athabasca University, earned in 2017, and a Diploma in Business Administration (Honours) from Lethbridge College, completed in 2010. Most recently, Mike earned the Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) designation in 2024.
