As a Principal with TTSG, and President of InterGen Solutions, John explains complex issues and detailed solutions to his clients and their advisors. He develops innovative solutions for harvesting and transitioning clients’ life work and wealth through tailored succession planning, wealth preservation and legacy planning.

John specializes in cross-border financial solutions for divestiture transactions, corporate restructuring, and estate, legacy and succession planning. Specifically, he conceptualizes impactful plans for structuring current and future net worth to benefit families, communities and philanthropic initiatives. He also supports clients in enhancing their overall health, quality of life and longevity by facilitating access to the latest global healthcare resources and trends.

Prior to joining TTSG, John served as Vice President of International Tax Services and Regional Managing Partner of National Tax Services at MNP. In these roles, he developed practical international tax solutions for mid-market, privately held companies and high-net-worth clients. John earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from Dalhousie University.
