Thuva Muralidaran began her career with TTSG in 2018 as Underwriting Associate and quickly advanced from Underwriter to Operations Management. She developed underwriting standards and procedures that ensured team efficiency and client-focused service. Her leadership allowed the team to grow, enabling her to focus on improving sales processes. Thuva's deep understanding of underwriting challenges and relationship-building with insurance providers have allowed her to streamline policy placement, minimizing client effort. Her insights have made her an invaluable asset to our Sales team, helping them find the best solutions for clients.

Thuva is an accomplished operations and process improvement professional with extensive experience in project management. Prior to joining TTSG, Thuva was with MNP. Since joining TTSG, she has held various roles: Senior Manager, Sales Enablement, Operations Manager, and Manager of Underwriting.

Thuva holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, completed in 2012. Her academic background has provided a strong foundation in analytical thinking and problem solving, essential for her roles in Operations and process improvement.
